MAINTAINED provides home maintenance membership services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information the MAINTAINED mobile app and member services collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and phone number, provisioned when you become a member.
• Property and service records — the properties we maintain for you, maintenance reports, bookings, invoices and reward points.
• Location — your device location, only while the app is in use, to show your nearest MAINTAINED branch and live engineer arrival tracking. Location is never collected in the background.
• Voice recordings — when you speak to the concierge, your recording is transcribed to answer your question and is not retained afterwards.
• Messages — conversations you send to the MAINTAINED team through the app.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to deliver membership services: scheduling and tracking maintenance visits, producing reports and invoices, operating the rewards programme, answering concierge queries and responding to your messages. Concierge answers are generated only from your own account data.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your data for advertising or tracking.
• We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers that operate our systems (customer relationship management, hosting and AI transcription), each bound to process data only on our instructions.

Security and retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held in access controlled systems. Sign-in uses one-time email codes; no passwords are stored. Service records are retained for as long as you remain a member and as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You may decline the location and microphone permissions; the app works without them, with those features disabled. To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, contact us and we will action it promptly.
